A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end business processes for the Accommodations function, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct comprehensive case management for employees and applicants seeking reasonable accommodations
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve accommodation-related issues and provide training on policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Five years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
  • One year of experience in high volume, complex case management
  • Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations
  • Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, particularly related to ADA and religious accommodations
