A company is looking for a Workplace Accommodation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business processes for the Accommodations function, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Conduct comprehensive case management for employees and applicants seeking reasonable accommodations
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve accommodation-related issues and provide training on policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Five years of relevant work experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, or Leave of Absence
- One year of experience in high volume, complex case management
- Thorough knowledge of disability management and related HR compliance regulations
- Understanding of Federal and State HR regulations, particularly related to ADA and religious accommodations
