Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intakes and responds to Tier I HR inquiries via phone and case management tools
  • Documents inquiries in the case management tool for tracking and resolution
  • Provides assistance with HR tools and follows escalation processes for complex issues


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual skills required
  • Strong computer skills, including HR software and productivity tools
  • Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service preferred
  • Ability to handle conflict and work effectively in high-pressure situations
