A company is looking for an HR Service Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Intakes and responds to Tier I HR inquiries via phone and case management tools
- Documents inquiries in the case management tool for tracking and resolution
- Provides assistance with HR tools and follows escalation processes for complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Bilingual skills required
- Strong computer skills, including HR software and productivity tools
- Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service preferred
- Ability to handle conflict and work effectively in high-pressure situations
