Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages
• Prepare and present compensation analysis reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or certifications in compensation is a plus
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compensation analysis or consulting, preferably in the technology industry
• Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday) and compensation analysis tools
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking databases (e.g., Mercer/Comptryx)
• Deep understanding of compensation principles and legal compliance requirements
