A company is looking for a Sr. Compensation Analyst to support compensation projects and programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and administer compensation programs, including salary structures and job evaluations
- Manage projects related to annual incentive administration and market survey analysis
- Provide analytical support and consultation on compensation trends and policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in compensation program analysis and administration
- Experience with salary structure creation and management of company-wide projects
- Knowledge of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Workday system
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Automate is a plus
