Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter, Interim Staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the recruiting strategy for the Contingent Workforce, managing the full recruiting process
• Proactively source candidates and manage recruiting efforts for Independent Contractor hires
• Facilitate offer decision processes and support refinements to recruiting processes and systems

Required Qualifications

• One to three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services or staffing firm
• Healthcare-related recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong research and candidate generation skills, including proficiency in social recruiting tools
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
