A company is looking for a Recruiter, Interim Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the recruiting strategy for the Contingent Workforce, managing the full recruiting process
- Proactively source candidates and manage recruiting efforts for Independent Contractor hires
- Facilitate offer decision processes and support refinements to recruiting processes and systems
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services or staffing firm
- Healthcare-related recruiting experience is a plus
- Strong research and candidate generation skills, including proficiency in social recruiting tools
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial spirit
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
