Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a P&C Business Partner or similar HR role in a business-driven environment
- Experience working with COEs and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
