Workday HRIS Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HRIS Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the implementation team and CB team to review and validate requirements for the HRIS system
• Provide expert insights and recommendations for optimal system configuration based on previous Workday HRIS implementations
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Workday HRIS systems, including participation in at least two full implementations
• Deep understanding of HR processes and systems, with a focus on Workday HRIS
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time capacity, managing priorities and delivering results within tight timelines
