A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to ensure positive and fair employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace investigations into allegations of policy violations and workplace conflicts
- Coach and advise leaders on interpreting policies and procedures related to management practices
- Lead projects related to employee relations issues and implement HR strategies around performance management
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related field; Master's preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in employee relations or relevant HR and management roles
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Professional certification in employment law and/or a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators preferred
- Hands-on experience in developing and executing project plans
