Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist to develop and maintain HRIS systems and provide HR analytic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain HR reports and analytics using UKG Pro
- Assist with the implementation and management of the UKG HRIS system
- Provide ongoing technical support and training for UKG system users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM) experience
- 2+ years of HR Operations experience
- Experience with ticketing tracking systems such as Freshdesk
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
