HRIS Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist to develop and maintain HRIS systems and provide HR analytic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain HR reports and analytics using UKG Pro
• Assist with the implementation and management of the UKG HRIS system
• Provide ongoing technical support and training for UKG system users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM) experience
• 2+ years of HR Operations experience
• Experience with ticketing tracking systems such as Freshdesk
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
