Key Responsibilities
- Lead the administration and analysis of retirement plan benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitor retirement plan vendors and contribute to the annual budget process for retirement plan expenses
- Oversee ancillary benefits programs and manage compliance activities related to retirement plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in benefits or relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Understanding of benefits, HR processes, regulations, and compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems like Workday
