Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company
- 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing impactful people programs
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day operations
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
