Return-to-Work Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Return-to-Work Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
• Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
• Contact employers to gather job-specific information and assist with job modifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Case Manager (CCM), or Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) preferred
• Experience in vocational evaluation and work adjustment training
• Knowledge of medical and legal regulations related to return-to-work processes
• Ability to maintain regular client contact and document progress
