Key Responsibilities
- Determine medically supported work restrictions for assigned claims
- Facilitate return-to-work efforts through negotiation and documentation
- Contact employers to gather job-specific information and assist with job modifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Case Manager (CCM), or Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) preferred
- Experience in vocational evaluation and work adjustment training
- Knowledge of medical and legal regulations related to return-to-work processes
- Ability to maintain regular client contact and document progress
