A company is looking for a Director, People Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, including vision, program design, execution, and scaling
- Lead and refine company-wide onboarding and develop strong, effective managers
- Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and collaborate with People Partners to align initiatives with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding and leadership development programs in high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen linking people development initiatives to company performance and culture
- Skilled in leveraging learning platforms to create engaging, scalable learning experiences
- Exceptional collaboration skills with experience influencing across all organizational levels
