A company is looking for a Payroll & HR Systems Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws
- Manage HRIS data integrity and security, configuring workflows and providing reporting to relevant departments
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letter coordination and final pay compliance
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll platforms and reporting tools
- Knowledge of payroll tax compliance, wage/hour laws, and basic benefits administration
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
