Key Responsibilities
  • Process semi-monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws
  • Manage HRIS data integrity and security, configuring workflows and providing reporting to relevant departments
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letter coordination and final pay compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in payroll or HR operations, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll platforms and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of payroll tax compliance, wage/hour laws, and basic benefits administration
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
