Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
- Assist with the recruiting process, including managing job postings and coordinating interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with US federal and state labor regulations and HR compliance
- Familiarity with HRIS is a plus
