Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with US federal and state labor regulations and HR compliance
  • Familiarity with HRIS is a plus
