Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring teams and business leaders
- Identify and contact passive candidates while utilizing ATS and CRM systems
- Promote the employer brand and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of six (6) years of recruiting experience or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in an OFCCP compliant environment
- Experience supporting the end-to-end recruiting process
- Proficient in using industry job boards, social media platforms, and candidate tracking systems
- Notable experience in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives
