Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage the full recruiting life cycle, focusing on Sales and Marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans and roadmaps for active positions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build a diverse talent pipeline
- Conduct global searches across EMEA, APAC, and North America while maintaining communication with candidates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly in GTM, Marketing, and Operations
- At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting for enterprise sales teams
- Prior knowledge or experience in Blockchain/Crypto is required
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
