Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Recruiter to manage the full recruiting life cycle, focusing on Sales and Marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create hiring plans and roadmaps for active positions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build a diverse talent pipeline
• Conduct global searches across EMEA, APAC, and North America while maintaining communication with candidates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly in GTM, Marketing, and Operations
• At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience in sourcing and recruiting for enterprise sales teams
• Prior knowledge or experience in Blockchain/Crypto is required
• Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus
