Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on deeply technical hires
- Design and implement core people systems including onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance employer branding and position the organization as a top destination for talent
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting
- Proven success in hiring for technical roles such as network engineers and infrastructure specialists
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments, building and leading recruiting processes
- Knowledge of people operations best practices for remote teams
- Experience with AI and modern recruiting tools is a plus
