Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of People to lead recruiting and people operations for a global team in blockchain networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles, focusing on deeply technical hires
• Design and implement core people systems including onboarding, performance management, and compliance
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employer branding and position the organization as a top destination for talent

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations, with at least 3 years in technical recruiting
• Proven success in hiring for technical roles such as network engineers and infrastructure specialists
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments, building and leading recruiting processes
• Knowledge of people operations best practices for remote teams
• Experience with AI and modern recruiting tools is a plus
