Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process and build candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidate flow, including reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews
• Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage potential candidates
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and report on recruiting trends

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment marketing
• Proficiency in Office (Excel) and Google applications
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
