Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high volume or healthcare
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment marketing
- Proficiency in Office (Excel) and Google applications
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
