Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR & Payroll Representative for France and Benelux.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws across France and Benelux
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, and oversee French payroll activities in collaboration with external providers
- Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll-related questions, maintaining personnel files and supporting compliance checks
Required Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of HR principles and local employment laws, particularly in France and Benelux
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or Payroll-HR Coordinator in France
- Demonstrated experience with French payroll providers, including input and compliance checks
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
