A company is looking for an Employee Benefits National Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for assigned accounts to achieve retention and growth targets
- Educate clients on products and value propositions to expand client relationships
- Manage relationships with clients and producers, ensuring prompt issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 7 or more years of experience (preferred)
- Life & Health License (required)
- CEBS, CLU, and/or ChFC (preferred)
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
