Global Mobility Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Mobility Manager who will oversee and execute global immigration and employee relocation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage visa petitions, green card processes, and compliance requirements while providing guidance to HR and associates
• Administer domestic relocation programs, ensuring alignment with market trends and managing exceptions
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration, relocation, or global mobility program management
• Understanding of U.S. immigration processes and relocation practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or GPHR
