Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support Corporate Real Estate technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, maintain, and support software platforms for Corporate Real Estate systems
• Proactively recommend and drive process improvements and innovative solutions
• Act as a technology subject matter expert and partner with functional areas on system capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of HRIS business analysis experience or relevant experience
• Demonstrated project management skills for small to medium-sized projects
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including systems configuration and data analysis
• Ability to support and implement efforts to standardize and optimize processes
