Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to lead benefits operations initiatives and manage vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding presentations, manage employee escalations, and assist with complex benefits issues
- Lead benefits administration projects, ensure data integrity, and manage vendor performance
- Drive annual Open Enrollment processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in US benefits administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing benefits renewal cycles and open enrollment
- Experience with Workday Benefits and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Some experience in international benefits administration is preferred
- Strong vendor management skills and ability to foster relationships
