A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for its Data Science Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and tactical HR support for staff across multiple US states and Canada
- Emphasize performance management, employee relations, training and development, immigration, and compliance
- Facilitate training workshops and collaborate with leaders to drive cultural transformation and enhance capabilities
Required Qualifications and Education
- 7+ years of experience as a senior HR business partner, HR business partner, or HR generalist
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Working knowledge of multistate labor laws and regulations
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred but not required
- Strong operational focus and strategic decision-making abilities
