Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting, with 3+ years in high-volume call center recruiting
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a recruiting function
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations
- Proficiency in using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and Microsoft Office Suite
