Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 3, ensuring clarity and professional development
- Oversee administration of U.S. leave of absence programs and manage ~200 active cases
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to ensure compliance and enhance processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of people management experience in a mid-to-large corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with U.S. leave of absence and time-off programs, including FMLA and ADA
- Familiarity with Canadian leave frameworks and interest in developing expertise
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume environment with ~200 concurrent cases
- Deep experience with HRIS/ticketing systems, with UKG expertise preferred
