A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HRBP team to support business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decisions and partner with Finance and Operations for headcount planning
- Champion company values and promote an inclusive culture to enhance employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Preferred SHRM-CP and/or (S)PHR certification
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in leadership roles
- Experience managing HR teams in a multi-state or national organization
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR policies
