Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global category plan for employee benefits, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
- Lead complex sourcing events and negotiations, managing cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and cost
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while managing supplier performance and relationships
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of global strategic sourcing experience with high-value, complex services categories
- Expertise in contingent workforce, MSP/VMS models, or outsourced operations procurement
- Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) beneficial
