A company is looking for a Global Senior Category Manager - Human Resources & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global category plan for employee benefits, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
• Lead complex sourcing events and negotiations, managing cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and cost
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while managing supplier performance and relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of global strategic sourcing experience with high-value, complex services categories
• Expertise in contingent workforce, MSP/VMS models, or outsourced operations procurement
• Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) beneficial
