• Implement and optimize HR tech stack and create scalable processes for various HR functions
• Translate company values into operating norms and design organizational structures to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Experience in scaling talent strategy in high-growth SaaS or tech companies
• Proven track record of implementing and optimizing HR systems and operations infrastructure
• Experience embedding culture and managing internal communications at scale
• Strong partnership experience with executives and data-informed decision-making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in hypergrowth environments
