Key Responsibilities
- Own the discovery and validation of customer compensation data
- Collect and configure compensation data during integrations to improve accuracy and speed
- Drive job matching and compensation data interpretation while collaborating with the engineering team
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a Compensation role
- Strong understanding of compensation systems and data elements
- Proven track record of taking customer action, preferably with Compensation Consulting experience
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel, Sheets)
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to using tools and platforms
