Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop operational and ad-hoc reporting for people-related data and metrics
- Manage self-service reporting within HR systems and support business operational needs
- Provide data analyses on HR metrics to leadership and cross-functional partners
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR reporting and analytics experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with building dashboards and people analytics tools
- SQL or related coding experience within a data warehouse
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and a positive, collaborative attitude
