Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in Engineering, Data, Product, and Design, providing guidance on talent planning and org design
- Lead key people processes such as performance calibrations, promotion reviews, and compensation planning
- Drive talent programs to enhance employee experience and leadership development
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design
- Proven ability to advise senior executives and influence at all levels
- Experience in driving talent programs at scale, including performance cycles and org design
- Data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative insights for decision-making
- Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced environments
