Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Engineering, Product, Design, and Security recruiting team
- Collaborate with technical leaders and stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and monitor progress

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of business recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in people management
- Experience in hiring for engineering roles
- Background in both start-up and larger scaled environments
- Expertise in various technical departments globally
- Data and metrics-driven mindset
