Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Talent Sourcer for a 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect passive software engineers to fill the talent pipeline
• Collaborate with recruiting partners to effectively communicate with candidates
• Utilize sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing in an agency or internal talent acquisition role
• Deep expertise in technical recruiting and/or sourcing
• Trained in using sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven track record of proactively recruiting engineering talent
• Ability to build diversity across all roles in the US region
