Key Responsibilities
- Prospect passive software engineers to fill the talent pipeline
- Collaborate with recruiting partners to effectively communicate with candidates
- Utilize sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates
Required Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing in an agency or internal talent acquisition role
- Deep expertise in technical recruiting and/or sourcing
- Trained in using sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven track record of proactively recruiting engineering talent
- Ability to build diversity across all roles in the US region
