Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Operations role
- Knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with ATS and HCM systems is a plus
- Preference for candidates in Central or Mountain time zones
