Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a director-level role
- Experience in managing HR for a company with 200+ employees, preferably multi-location
- Strong business acumen linking HR strategy to financial and operational results
- Hands-on approach with the ability to manage details while focusing on broader objectives
