Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in an HRBP role
  • 2+ years in a people management role preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Deep knowledge of talent management and organizational development
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools
