Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate application audits, ensure ATS compliance, and assist with recruitment marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle to execute strategies for sourcing, screening, and hiring
- Drive employment branding efforts and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs across North America
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Experience with an automated applicant tracking system and internet resume sourcing
- Experience recruiting entry-level, professional, and technical positions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
