Job Summary
A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate high volume inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build trust and rapport to gather client demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories
- Maintain client records in Salesforce and ensure KPIs related to admissions and client satisfaction are met
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare admissions
- 1+ year of experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
