Job Summary

A company is looking for an Admissions Coordinator (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate high volume inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
  • Build trust and rapport to gather client demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories
  • Maintain client records in Salesforce and ensure KPIs related to admissions and client satisfaction are met
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare admissions
  • 1+ year of experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
