Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruiting efforts in partnership with business leaders
- Proactively identify and engage top talent, assessing skills and culture fit
- Partner with Analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance data
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a full-cycle Recruiter
- Strong technical knowledge and interest in current technology trends
- Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate relationships
- Proven track record in developing candidate pipelines and engaging passive candidates
- Preferred knowledge of Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
