Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive recruiting efforts in partnership with business leaders
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent, assessing skills and culture fit
  • Partner with Analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance data
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a full-cycle Recruiter
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest in current technology trends
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate relationships
  • Proven track record in developing candidate pipelines and engaging passive candidates
  • Preferred knowledge of Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
