Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in general people management and/or a strategic partner role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills to translate business plans into Human Capital Strategy and programs
- Experience supporting various functional teams in a global company
