Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join its human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various platforms and networks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of successful talent acquisition for various roles, including software engineers and sales executives
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to the hiring process
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management software
