HR and Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR and Finance Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, primarily Workday
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations and process enhancements
• Manage full life cycle of assigned initiatives, focusing on quality, timeliness, and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
• 3-5 years of Information Technology related work experience
• Experience working with enterprise applications, preferably in the HR area
• Knowledge of Agile methodology related to application support and project management
• Solid experience in higher education administrative and/or academic computing environment is preferred
