Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR and Finance Systems Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, primarily Workday
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system configurations and process enhancements
- Manage full life cycle of assigned initiatives, focusing on quality, timeliness, and user experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field
- 3-5 years of Information Technology related work experience
- Experience working with enterprise applications, preferably in the HR area
- Knowledge of Agile methodology related to application support and project management
- Solid experience in higher education administrative and/or academic computing environment is preferred
