Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop organizational insight and understand people challenges within the organization
- Collaborate with Strategic HRBPs to create and execute strategic plans for talent management and project delivery
- Support senior leaders with HR guidance and coaching on functional programs and change initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline is required
- Progressive HR partnership experience with expertise in at least two HR functional areas
- Strong process orientation and project management skills
- In-depth US or EU HR knowledge for managing complex situations
- HR professional certification is preferred
