HR Business Partner Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop organizational insight and understand people challenges within the organization
• Collaborate with Strategic HRBPs to create and execute strategic plans for talent management and project delivery
• Support senior leaders with HR guidance and coaching on functional programs and change initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline is required
• Progressive HR partnership experience with expertise in at least two HR functional areas
• Strong process orientation and project management skills
• In-depth US or EU HR knowledge for managing complex situations
• HR professional certification is preferred
