Key Responsibilities

  • Administer recruitment processes and manage training activities within the facility
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED minimum
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR functions including compensation, staffing, and employee involvement
  • Current understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred
