Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED minimum
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of HR functions including compensation, staffing, and employee involvement
- Current understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws
- SHRM and/or HRCI Certification preferred
