Key Responsibilities

- Oversee core benefits functions, including health insurance, leave administration, and wellness programs
- Perform audits of benefits data and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function
- Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Strong understanding of benefits-related laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
