  • Perform audits of benefits data and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
  • Strong understanding of benefits-related laws and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion
