Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview highly qualified clinical professionals (RNs, APRNs, physicians)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring needs
• Document candidate activity and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience in clinical recruitment
• At least two (2) years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines and meeting hiring targets
