Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview highly qualified clinical professionals (RNs, APRNs, physicians)
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring needs
- Document candidate activity and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience in clinical recruitment
- At least two (2) years of recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines and meeting hiring targets
