Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems, generating reports for compliance and internal needs
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, vendor management, and coordinate HR-related logistics
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
- Familiarity with HR systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
