Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Associate responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and maintaining employee data integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems, generating reports for compliance and internal needs
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, vendor management, and coordinate HR-related logistics
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
  • Familiarity with HR systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
