Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Service Center Specialist who is responsible for providing effective HR issue resolution and support to associates and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and customer-focused HR issue resolution through various communication channels
- Maintain performance metrics and ensure associate satisfaction through first contact resolution
- Assist in developing knowledge articles and direct associates to additional resources for support
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, HR service center, or contact center
- Human Resources experience or relevant educational background is highly desirable
- Experience with HCM systems and case management technology is required
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong typing skills are necessary
